ok i got the dance of valor skill but , it says can only be played in music area , so wat the the music areas .

how do i use thiz skill pls tell me i really wanna know

another bard buffing another party buff (except moving march)

You need another bard to use the skill. By music they mean someone in your party has to use a tambour skill as in the phy absorb, mag absorb or the attack rating ones before you can use a dance.
