Can you turn blood off?

My brother doesn't really like blood in it, me, i dont mind it, but is there a way to turn blood off?

- Say him that the blood effect that is almost invisible cant be extracted

- Tell him about the bard

The whole game involves kicking butt all over the place, constant racial slurs, and foul language. It's a little odd that only the blood needs censoring.

Like many people have said, you tend not to notice the blood in this game.

And if it really bothers him, perhaps he should play something else. You can't turn it off, as far as I know.
