i cant find this person, i looked everywere in hotan fort his npc! anyone know were she is?

go north, just before reaching guild manager turn right.

Go out north gate, all the way to the guild manager. Facing the guild manager, go right down the path, and it leads you right to her....have fun with the bunwangs quest ^_^

Did you look around the small bit out N Gate? I cant remember what quest that is, so its hard to tell which one you are looking for. I dont know them by name.
