lightning and fire nukes

Can anyone tell me at the last lvl for fire nuke flame burn is it stronger then third book lightning nuke. I need numbers please.

ive had the lightning hit me for more damage, but fire seemed more consistent.

imo 4th fire nuke is weak. it has the potential to hit high, but it doesnt often. maybe once the cap is raised and it has more lvls itll be the strongest fire nuke. but not right now.
the last light nuke is stronger imo.

i'm a light nuker
DMG is as follows
level 50 on mujigi ; 3.9k , 4.2k , 4.9k , 4.5k , ..........
not a constant DMG

The fluctuation or lack of in some cases will have to do with other stats of the weapon too

with the level 80 skills or to be farmed to 80

1st fire book- weakest
2nd fire book- 2nd strongest
3rd fire book- strongest( only strongest when you level it up in the 70's the damage ratio moves from 300% to 330%)
4th fire nuke- weak but fast and no aoe(so only hits 1 monster instead of surronding monsters to) but is move powerful than the 1st book(4th fire nuke is based off 1st fire book)
