Id rate the daggers a 7. The crit, phys attack and reinforce are great. But there are a few things that take away from it.

1)Str 3 could be easily improved
2)No int and other blues
3)Used astral (again, like on other dagger) to +5..a complete waste. You can +5 stuff easily with astral and I think it was a waste.

Its looking pretty good. And to those saying powerlvling = botting, take your opinion elsewhere, this is not the place.
