i cant travel across the marmara sea

I talked to the guy in the port, and he says his riverway is blocked.
What do I have to do to be able to take a ship?

You have to go to the bottom of the Euro map to the beach
where the sonars are, There's 2 ferries down there.

you have to go to the texaco station, take a right...
go 5 and a half miles southeast- you're gonna see a guy with a yellow poncho his name is Hank and he'll take you to the marman sea >.>
