Anyway, what is the best sublass for a wizard?
Thanks .

If you use that search function, you will also find about 100 posts stating that pure STR bladers are the best build. Not true, but people used to think that. Everyone used to think that for a long time.
Things change. I want to find out what the best subclass for a wizard is now, in peoples opinions.
Opinions change.

Not in 6 weeks LOL. 90% of all euro "sub" choices will be cleric or bard. This question comes up DAILY here. Can't get more up to date than reading the responses in those.
Anyways, Bard.

I'd say bard. With Noise general monsters don't attack you. Party don't attack you too, only giants and champions. With Moving March you can run faster from giants and with Mana Cycle you can get your mana bar back to full in just a few seconds. These 3 skills all stay when you switch back to staff.
Also I don't see the point in healing yourself, 'cause with life control on (and you'll grind mostly with life control on) you'll always die in 1-2 or maybe 3 hits. You'll have to heal almost every hit then.. and with bard you don't, 'cause mobs won't attack you (except giants and champs, I know, but with Moving March running away shouldn't be a problem).

id say rouge >.< sounds dumb but a wizard that goes invisible pwns ^^ you just pop up out of no were then cast spell on them lol or use it to run away.
Or mabey just follow the crowd and be bard/cleric...i find clerics more useful because some clerics dont know how to heal in a pt...they will let you die sometimes because they dont know how to do thier job properly i think everything has advantages...I just like the idea of poping out of no were then pwning some one ^^

Er... the debuff would probably disappear when you switch to staff? Maybe?

i would say warrior as a sub class for wizard.
I like using heavy armor, and is most common to find, as there are so many warriors.
I loose speed indeed, bun i can stand up against any party mob equal to my lvl, even giant party.
Only masteries on warrior, no skill.
