bug ?

i always get "the requested order cannot be carried out" whever i clicked on the free novice return scroll ? what's happening ? im lvl 16btw ..

also.. the imperial guard also gave me "the requested order cannot be carried out" when i tried to teleport to the place which i last died. isnt the service up to lvl20 ?

yo u probly got a quest that u cant teleport so see if u got 1 of those quests
