Supposedly, it lowers how much HP Cleric skills heal and how much HP pots heal. I haven't really tested this to confirm this, but thats what I managed to interpret from the description.

I have a 70 warlock, and i read it as it lowers the amount of healing a player gets from a cleric. So i did not get this skill.
But im not sure if it affects the amount of healing one gets from a pot. If it does it could be really usefull. Can someone also comfirm if panic has a impact on pots. If it does Im gonna also spend valuable sp on this.
skill edit potions are cheap, so waste the sp and try the skill out. For all you know it could be the best skill ever (most likely not). We need more people to expirement with warlocks
It halves the amount of hp received from pots, I've tested that, and it probably halves the amount of hp healed by clerics too. It's also the only debuff that doesn't seem to be affected by Holy Word. So yes, it is worth getting, particularly if you often pvp chinese characters.
It's bit different to other warlock debuffs, it has an 80% chance of working and it stays after a weapon switch like the normal ones, but it lasts for 15 seconds rather than 30 and it has a 4 second cooldown rather than 1.
I've tested it at level 4 (the status error level, not the skill level) and level 6 and they're both 50% reduce, leveling it just increases the chance of it working against higher level enemies.
