playing until around lvl 40-50

Im considering a new char (either s/s or blader)

and as I look through the guides, they are all based upon what happens at the lvl cap. So they go like "its not important now, but at lvl 80 you will need"

im a very casual player (ironically, I play everyday, lvling up a lot too)

and I don't plan on playing hardcore up until 60 or 70.

So which build (s/s or blader) is good until lvl 50?

I'm interested in a build that can tank (I hate dieing), but that can deal good damage as well. Unfortunately, s/s and blader are on the opposite side of the spectrum.

I'm leaning towards s/s because of the snow shield skill, but I don't know how often s/s die in pvp or pve at lvl 50.

But blader also looks good because it can tank and several guides say that ther damage is not as low as people think.

Blader damage is low compared to single hits....they're great until 8th degree, and dont get good again till u are full farmed, or at least get the status error skills.

Hybrid S/s in prot, full int in armor can be a decent tank build, especially if u use mana shield, and have a high BR. However, in armor you get hit hard by nukes

Blade is the best tank for STR, and it can be good if you know what you're doing
S/S is best INT tank. It can take the longest to kill if you have a good BR.

youy're not casual if you invest in this game everyday. s/s IMO is better in all ways.... its easy to die, but if you have the money, you can become very good.

if your new or casual,

s/s int, glaive, or archer are more fun and weep more benefits then anyother chinese build.

If you play Euro then going for rogue is best since you can solo and get some fun pvp skills early on.
Wizard is also great, but unless you have friends or gold to help u grind, its gonna be hard.

and you can always try warrior s/s they are the best tanks in the game.

At lvl 50 you can have ice, fire and lightning all at lvl 50.
Bicheon offcourse at 50. Heuksal at 50 for the passive and pacheon at 50 for the bow buffs. ^^

sword int hybrid. they can tank and do good damage. cant ever go wrong with that ;D.

If you want decent leveling speed, don't become a blader. Slowest class in the early levels. But if you do become a blader, you'll only have to wait until Level 29 to get some sweet skills. (Unlike Glavie) :roll:
