So im leaving SRO, Not because of lag... Not because of Bots and definatly not because of "disconected from the server"

today after the server inspection i tried to login to my character only to get
"password failed 3 of 1 times"

and no it wasnt a typo, i was hacked, and i dont know how, so i would like to wish those in Venice good luck and hope you enjoy the level 90 cap

its all changed, nothing i can do about it JM wont recover accounts, and lost items(ide just go for having my account back stripped) but they wont do anything, even to a global spamming silk buying nutter

go 2 theyr site and post that you know the answer 2 your secret question and the paypal account that you used 2 buy silk. you can pove 2 them thats ur account and stuff they are helpfull once it come 2 silk buyer

Hello Joymax....

After Server-Inspection were finished ALL Passwords on my Accounts were changed....

From 1 Account i can login with an older Password but i dont remember the other old PAsswords from the other Accounts... o_O

I can Change PAssword on Joymax.com....

Wehen i try to login "Invalid ID"

When i try to Found my Account and Change pw or something "ID and EMAIL does not Match"

When i try to Register because login in show "Invalid ID" it says "Id already in use" o_O

Its not since today the inspection with joymax.com its since u upped the site and delete the site:

"http://www.silkroadonline.net/member/member_find_idpw.asp"

Please fix it fast please an write something to news that all guys know that theay dont were hacked many ppl are very scared...

YES this is exactly what is wrong we need to get it to MD or another GM on this forum, we need them to read all the reports that since that stie when up LOTS of accounts have been disabled using joymax.com, before this ruins thousands of accounts PLEASE FIX IT MD

None of the Morningdew team that post here are GM's.

None of the Korean GM's read this forum.

The only way to contact a GM is through Support, Bug Report. (Morningdew claims that goes straight to the Korean GM's) *cough*.

Don't expect a reply, or any action, because they are unlikely to do anything.

You can login in the forum / joymax.com or in game?

If you do it is normal this because you didnt do e-mail verification

You must login in joymax.com then you must press account modification
Then you will write new e-mail and must be active
Then you modify your account and your password


And please dont spamm the forum one post is ok

We have all tryed that, the problem is when we log into joymax.com the email is a completely different email and we cant change that which means that we cant change our pw.

The log in Id and Pw doesnt work in sro, in game or on the site.

If you hadnt done e-mail verification before lose your account now you cant do anything to get back your ID and your PASSWORD or even to get back your account !!

When you do an e-mail verification nobody can change your account information except if he knows your e-mail information too

To change any account information you have to login in http://www.joymax.com website and then by pressing on "account modification"

On "account modification" you can change your personal information, your e-mail adress , and your password

Wherever you want to change your password from "account modification". Joymax send it to your e-mail in order to accept your modification..


If all these cant help you i am sorry



Joymax dont helping you to take back your account



Dont wait answer from joymax or morningdew about all these



By the way GM's are in Korea and they dont read these forums

No you can't change your email address there. Or any other information, you can only do that here. (silkroadonline.net).
