should i make it to plus 5?

hmm my sos horn bow now is plus 4 full blue. so im tinking of making it plus 5. however i do not wanna waste money on immortal n astral. do u tink i should procede wif it? wat are the chances of the weapon going to be destroyed? issit high?

Depends on how much gold you have and how much you want to spend if the enhancement would fail. If you have a good amount of gold go for it otherwise stick with +4. Also I've done a fair share of +5 enhancements and I've never destroyed anything yet.

It wont destroy going to +5. The worse that could happen is you failing to +5 and it goes back to 0. If you have enough gold, it is worth using lucky stones on it.

well i did say i dont wanna use astral...hmm are u sure it wont be destroyed? i heard tat anitink going further than 4 might get destroyed if it fails. anyway im willing to spend 10mil for the +5 u tink it could be done?

+4 -> +5 does not destroy your weapon. If failed, it will go back to +0.

Yes, I tink you should go ahead. The weapon won't be destroyed for failing +5. You also don't really need to use astrals, I have +5'd plenty of shit wifout it.

using astral to +5 stuff is a total waste of money. For 8th deg, youd be spending 10$ usd, thats about 30 mill in gold. No way in heck do you use that many elixirs and lucky powders just to +5. (I'm not advocating buying gold, just pointing out the values of the usd for sro gold).

What you are saying makes alot of sense. But since playing by the rules involves not purchasing/selling gold for money, then this wasnt a fair comparison at all (as it is not a valid option, and shouldnt impact the decision making process for the use of astrals).

There is no other way (legit wise) for your money to directly influence the favourable outcome of getting a good enchantment on an item, other than through the use of immortal/astral/premium ticket.
