Ok, so a lot of people are saying that parry ratio reduces the chance of receiving ciritical hit (I don't think so :D )
But in my opinion it reduces the chance of receiving MAX dmg (you know min-max dmg) So which one is it? I just want a confirmation ^^

reduces chance of max dmg, if it was the reduce chance of crit then every int or int hybrid would be paying 8m for an 8d tab lol

There is Parry Ratio and Critical Parry Ratio. Critical Parry Ratio only shows up on shields, using a Penetration Stone. Dodging Stones fix Parry Ratio on Protectors.

Since you can't decrease somebody's parry ratio for a long period of time, try increasing your hits with hit scroll and bard buff then go fight someone. You'll notice that you crit more often compare to not having those hit increase buffs. I know this because I pvp alot... and I mean alot, and this is what I always notice, whenever I have increase of hit buffs or whatsoever the range of my damage is still the same but I do crit alot more often to someone.

I personally believe that if you have higher parry ratio, you are less likely to get hit with a crit and the higher hit ratio you have the more likely you are to hit a monster/player with crit. But that's just based on my observation. We all have our own point of views.

no its not, i am pure int, and when i grind them in garms, i get them to hit me at 1 once in awhile, usually they hit me at like 60-80, but rarely they hit me at like 200 (i dont even use hp pots when i grind on them)

I'd be more likely to agree on that.
