Make my own broth to go with it :/ I remember back in boarding school we used to get creative with noodles of any sort. I like to go overboard with the aroma, think coriander leaves, mint, tumeric etc.

lol i would prefer calling ur ramen instant noodle... but hmmmmmmm...... when I actually want to enjoy my IN, I cook it, and depending on what type of IN it is, I add in few ingredients. But most of the time I add in vegetables and or eggs (steamed eggs--peeled---dump it into the pot) and few sauges. Rarely when I get really excited about cooking, I just whip out some shrimps and pan fried them (lets see... lime pepper, olive oil, salt, some flower, egg, soysauce and beer, if not whine any kind of whine... result --- very tasty! seriously) then add to the IN afterward. If this was dry IN, I'd do the same but a lot better than water IN.

Yeah I thought about that xD. If you fridge yesterday's food maybe you could make something with it, dont know. Adding curry would make curry noodles, adding tumeric+chillies+coconut milk+fish/seafood stock would make laksa, adding coriander+mint+ground coriander seeds(pre roasted)+green chillies would make green curry ramen/noodles. Pfft now you're making me hungry lolz.

BBQ sauce. Maybe some extra hot salsa.
That sounds good to me.

I boil chicken breast and mix it in, or I use beef meatballs - the same ones they use in pho. Always keep meat frozen ready to boil...

Add eggs to the boiling broth (like egg flower soup), thinly slice beef, some oyster sauce. Then top it off with some coriander and bean sprouts.

I put this cajun spice in it that is locally made. Wanna know what it's called? Are you ready?
Slap Yo' Mama
I'm 100% serious. I was looking through spices at the grocery store one day and saw it and I was like "OMG, I'm buying that just because of the name!". It's actually really good stuff. Very spicy.
