I think it's better to tell your parents about it first and then involve the school. Then you can all sit around the table and think about the best way to solve this problem.

there is 3 thing you can do

1 keep paying him again again and again, it'll never end.

3 tell the police, he wont bother you anymore. he will probably get kicked out of the school and will get trouble, and he,ll get more toruble if he, or his friend try to bother you.

i dont know about your school, but bullying at our school is zero tolerance. All you need is to inform the administration and they'll whack his ass (unless your school sucks).

no one knows about this. like when someones getting bullied they dont tell the teacher.. cause they cant do much really.. the person will get you after school or whenever you're alone
