Ran across this article http://www.mpogd.com/news/?ID=3164

Maybe if we can get the word out to other people what is happening on SRO, maybe Joymax will be encouraged to increase security and customer service? It might be at least worth a try.

LOL how can he play SRO for 3 years when it just had it's 2nd birthday a few months ago? And who'd spend so much money on a game?

Anyways, about the article.
I don't really know the site, nor how wellknown it is, so my guess for now is that this site won't make much of a difference.
It's not the first time people are complaining about SRO.

But who knows what happen in the future?
An article like this won't make it worse anyways. :3

I personally think the only way to increase customer service is to stop paying them. lol

Personally.. I think if you got hacked, it's your own fault. Funny how it's people that give away thier info to so called "friends" and come back later complaining.

On another note, you can never fully prove you have been hacked. A player could simply move his/her items to another character, donate GP, and then claim that they have been hacked. I have seen this happen before. And seeing as a hacker would do the same, Joymax could easily come to the conclusion that the owner did the same.

Just my two cents though.

yeah i agree...granted that joymax should offer better customer support, the owner of the account should still take care of their account and take all precautions. If you have sun on your account or alot of money...maybe you should be careful and suspicious about everything. you cannot relase an email you use for the game or reuse the username as a forum name. those kind of mistakes just makes you an easy target.

we know that joymax will not help iwth hacked accounts. They have stated this so many times. You have to take care of your own account :(

2500$ for a game is simply crazy, i would by far prefer to grind an extra 2-3 months to buy myself an all ready SoSUN weapon.

on the other hand it is kinda weird that so many people get hacked, i never got hacked even though on Persia i had a full SoS set and a SoM +5 bow, almost all 8th degree except the pants and chest.

actually, one of the reasons why joymax stopped helping hacked accounts was because the huge amount of claims, and most of them where just the owners trying to scam jm for me stuff.

They dont suck, surprisingly enough, they did a rather good job with security.

Again, it isn't thier fault people are getting hacked.

Careless players doing careless things gets them farked up.

And if you think they do in fact suck, you're probably one of those "I won't buy silk cuz it's for illegits and cuz I dont wanna pay for a company that doesnt do shit" kinda people. If you want them to do more, pay silk, support the company, give them reason to give a **** about iSRO.
