No, it's not just the traffic.
I can't even reach teh f***ing traffic! The lag is f***ing terrible, when I type in my id and pw, I gotta wait 5 seconds for the code to appear, then 5 secs when I hit enter, and then 10 secs to see if I am in, but instead I get C9 error. WTF? Is anyone else getting this?

must be a full moon out tonight, you are all acting very strange.
After the update with the new silk items my C9 errors have disappeared. I find that running the game in windows 98 mode helps.
