This happened too with me xD
my lv 80 guildie was plvling me (and only me) 
Isy spawned
he ran to closest spawn and there was isy all alone
He killed it
Got 680k exp from it xD

you get the most exp from any mob 11 lvls higher than your highest mastery level, not your actual level...so it's possible to get more exp from lower mobs than higher ones.

i pwrlvled my friend at there, just me and him
i basically soloed isy, he was on PT
he got like 25% off her at lvl 35 xD

I just have to laugh at the people that are trying to power level their lvl 1-10 friends on the ice.
Last I checked, you get the best exp if the mobs are 11 levels higher. Any higher than that, your exp goes WAY down. So a lvl 10 wouldn't get nearly as much exp from Isy as a lvl 49 would.
It's like the ignorant lvl 64 glavier, who barely spoke english, that was trying to level his lvl 33 friend by KSing my mujigi 8-man party.... I just KD'd the glavier's mobs until he went away.
