w/e...i am a euro killer (str blader)

high hp + block and iron wall, + garms for wizards, i basically survive 2-3 hits from any euro rogue or wizard, while being able to KD and stab em to death

Warriors tend to piss me off, since they have 45 secs mega tank buffs =.=

Personally, i myself am a rogue but as VforVendetta has stated yea i try to use stealth as little as possible and only use it to kill assholes that are full of themselves

The problem tho, is if the euro do not kill your chinese guy in 4-5 hits, he already lost b/c that means your potions will keep you alive forever against him. You can just stand there for 30 minutes, and you will still be alive. So you just got to normal attack the euro until you eventually wears him out.

But I understand you point being that a particular euro player was acting like a child. Just forget about him. I am a euro, and I do not tease the people I killed. On the other hand, I never complain when other people kills me.

Rogues seems overpowered because they can both act as a tank (just attack normally) and act as a nuker (use desparate or extreme), although not at the same time. The problem tho is that the enemy cannot predict which mode the rogue will play as, specially when they stealth. This gives the rogues the advantage of surprise. But the actually ability wise, rogues are not that strong. They can not tank nearly as good as a warrior, or nuke nearly as hard as a wizard.

Capped Nukers cant one shot anyone their lvl in PVP unless they have full sun.... Wizards and rogues on the other hand just go buy something off the NPC, go to DW, and spam their WTFpwN moves and act like it was such a great victory. Yeah it sure is hard running up behind someone and pushing a button isnt it?

who cares if they cheat in pvp, the point is that they camp yarkan 24/7, is just lame.

make a shield char. from my experiences its the best way to counter one-shotters or powerful char.

a fully farmed blader can tank and with a good shield, you will decrese the number of crits the rogue can hit, therefore giving you more chances (and more time) to land a KD on the rogue. Use ghostwalk, KD, and then add a couple chains. Now the rogue is dead

ice blader can kill wizards and rogues....but nothing else really

man theres ways to survive it even for chinese, the spear fan will give you 15 seconds time to kill a wizrd or two and you've got fire/ice walls to absorb their first (and most vital) attack. If you react fast enough you can survive, just try to plan ahead the games not really that unpredictable.

It's not just the younger ones. It's anyone that is too afraid that they will get 1 skilled.

If you really wanna get around a rouge 1 hitting you, just put up even a Lv1 of the first book of ice wall. If you're spear/glavier, you just have to phantom to the rouge when they attack once, and sse/sss + gsm [or whatever combo of those skills you have at your level.]

And as for a wizzy nuke or a cleric offering, just put up a fire wall and snake storm

You do know there is a Fire skill that gives you detect to stealth right? o_0 just learn it then use..and wait for rouges..it's worth leveling up and the sp whenever you can level it up do so. This game gives you all the skills to counter, those stealth/invis noobs no point in crying when you fail to use them.

i find it hard to believe that you were never 1-hit by a nuker. And im not talking about capped PvP im talking about the whole game. It doesn't start when you cap....When i was on my blader i got 1-hit by nukers of various lvls a couple times and everytime they lol'd @ me bragging about their amazing damage. I didn't rush out to SRF and decide to cry about it though.

This is a bunch of ppl mad that some 12 year old kid with a hard-on for SRO decide to pop out the gate and f*ck with them. Grow up. He's a euro its not like you can't gang-rape him cause i've seen chinese players do it b4 and then laugh about it. What I believe to be the problem here is not being able to use strategies while in combat with rogues/ wizards.

I think people got so used to not using any real strategies before the European expansion and just spending immense amounts of gold on buying good gear to take a lot of hits. Having good gear has become irrelevant, and users are now 'forced' to use their brain to strategize in order to beat the European characters (most of the time), and this seems to frustrate the hell out of people.

I mean, a game that requires strategy? That's absurd! /sarcasm

But seriously, there are so many ways people can overcome being 1-shot by a rogue or a wizard, but people are looking at this issue the wrong way. Stop trying to improve your gear, thinking you're gonna tank a 25k hit- that's impossible, unless you have Reverse Oblation.

put up a wall against wiz or rogue and summon a horse against offering.

Using your wits? You mean the wall+invisible? It is cheap, but efficient, so I won't complain about it.

@thread creator: Dude, I don't want to deal with it. When your a euro, you get all makes and models of chinese attacking you. Don't matter what lvl they are, or what build. And then... when you beat them... they bitch cause your using Euro buffs. Well of course your using euro buffs, your a euro! I got bitched at cause I had my speed buff turned on and some nub was too dumb to read the buff. >.<

I can see a bunch of Chinese characters doing the same thing against the Europeans. Granted, stealth is pretty sweet but when I'm just sitting around in my cape, the same nuker likes to come and nuke me seventy times in a row. Don't people ever get tired of killing someone multiple times?
IMO Pvp for Euros is not very rewarding. Winning fast might sound fun but it's pretty boring when all you do is kill each other within five seconds. I am a Rogue and cape PVP has become very boring nowadays.

Its not that they are overpower its that Chinese chars are to weak

Gang-raping is gay... Period... I mean i dunno about other chinese chars but i dont count Gang-raping as a kill since you're not actually killing you have help. But what pisses us off the most is that you euro's can solo just as well as us "SOLO oriented" chinese. I thought we specialized in one thing and you specialized in another but right now you guys are dominating both.

Besides solo grinding is hard for euros who don't have the right sub-class not to mentioned lvling takes alot longer. If you seem to think euros are so perfect and overpowered in every single way go make one....

These things were implemented into the game by the designers to add a bit of spice to an otherwise bland recipe. Yes, Euros are annoying, yes you can 1 shot them, yes they can also 1 shot -you-. How about using your head and farming up the necessary skills in order to avoid losing?


And as far as the combustion series, almost useless against cross bow, cuz they have huge distance, they attack from farther away than this skill detects, and there are very few [on Troy anyway] dagger rouges.

Isn't there a skill line in fire that reveals people under stealth ?

Simplest way to fix it. Quit wasting pots pvping and go jobbing.
