The masteries will never change, they planned it out so that every race at Lv 150 will have 300 masteries.

Agreed, but from what I do not understand is the deal about 140- 150 supposedly not giving anyone int or str..... I think that is one of the many rumors

you are dreaming, if you think you can win a pure str without the stronger fire imbue.
that is the intention of joymax by limiting total masteries up to 300. there should not be uber chars. you have to cope with the trade-off and more important and interesting: you have to find the best solution for yourself facing the trade-off. besides there will be more variety in the game.
cold at lvl 90 gives you a big amount of increased physical defense and snow shield damage absorption 50%. if a full int wants to have that, it must make confessions to its damage. it's that easy.

If you are without SoX equipment, I'll take that challenge.  Usually PvP between me and a full STR is a pot battle, decided by lucky crits or lightning chain division and bleed.

MAsteries will stay 300 right up to the 150 cap. Its been stated by Joymax before. From the start, they encourage you to only raise 2 masteries (in the game guide somewhere). 2 masteries capped at 150=300.

if you dont want that extra HP raise fire to 30 and get a little ice immune buff that wont help much

They should have stated that on the begining ... Because then this will be a big problem since ppl are constructing they builds in forward ... I think it sucks but I am Euro so I wont have problem with that ...

3. Yes, I would rather be at cap with 9 gap and farm. If you think you wont ever have to sp farm and can go through the game with a 3 lvl gap, your crazy or just uninformed.
4. I'm well aware that this game is based on teamplay. Its been that way since day 1.
5. Please don't question my intelligence, Id bet I know alot more about this game than you do. Good day.
