This is so retarded, yesterday I decided to come back to the game for 3 hours to use my silver ticket time.
I was having fun, then stupid ass gargamel is like "5 mins till server shutdown foo'"
And in 2 hours, I'm leaving for a week, so now I can't use my silver ticket time, after only using 5 minutes of it.

That's so gay. Or do they still give you a ticket free for the server shutdown?

I hope so, 'cause I got ripped off (even though the ticket is free in the first place).

why should you start a ticket just before a weekly server inspection?
and wy should you start a ticket when you know you cant play for a week?

I haven't played for like 2 months or something, I didn't know there was an inspection. I started when I knew I couldn't play for a week, because I knew I'd be able to play for 3 hours straight, and I had nothing better to do.

this inspection is weekly...always the same time

you couldve known, but you didnt...it sucks and as long as it didnt get extended for several hours you wont get a refund
