which magic options to add on wizard costume?

first off im going to start with a a poll...

Also I want to ask, can anyone post the lvl 90 masteries/skills, how much each skill will cost in sp to lvl up until its maxed and all of the maxed stats for every skill ( example: dmg for ice at maxed out )
( in truth im only interested in Ice, Light, Force and Heuksal ), Oh yeah Passives also.

Ive never been in a guild war, could someone explain the details of what goes on ? as in how do you "actually" win ?

Is it rare to find 1 drop every... Oh say, 3-12 hours of actual playtime ?

also i forgot to ask if anyone knows if they fixed or changed, the fact that the force de-buffs (vital spots) can be cancelled ?

yet another question I just remembered, job lvls anyone have any solid evidence on what (if anything) they do ? besides tlel the noobie jobers from the 1337

Check the guides section about the 90cap, there might be info there, if nto wait for someone more informed to reply :P

Guild wars, only know the basics, prolly what things you already know.

Drops! Something i can probably maybe possibly answer! :D
Depends on your level. As you reach higher levels, the drop rate will drop dramatically. If you grind on blue mobs or red mobs, drop rate is very low. Orange mobs, its a little higher, but still low. White mobs have an average drop rate, and green mobs have the best drop rate. Gotta find a balance between wantin drops and wanting exp ^_^

I kill everything blue green white red orange all for a good amount of time but I still only manage to get like 1 item (weapon, acc, or protector) once every 3-12 hours -.-"

1% chance to ignore defense on the mob. so you would hit as harder than you do on a myangang 1% of the time vs monster.

ex: my light nuke hit 20-30k on the bounce when it kick on 8)

hmm but it only works on mobs right ? not player also ? 1% so low makes me think its almost useless

hp, damage increase, attack rating increase and yes,


ignore monster defense!! any1 who says thats a bad thing is so crazy,

imagine, normally doing like 5k on a mob then doing crazy amounts of damage!, its so worth it and so greater than +1str

bumping this because I really want to know the details for the masteries (force, heuksal, ice, light) including the passives...

also i never expected for the 1% ignore monster defense to take such strong lead, does it also work with uniques?

click on a mob, see the little colored circle?

it goes from blue to red, red being a higher lvl, blue being a lower lvl and white/gray being your lvl. green is between white and blue
