I'm not putting anyone's work down the mods round here do a good job but judging by the spam that's flying through the forum right now I'd say we need a few more mods round here.
What do you think?

You can't make a decision just by judging on one instance of spam. There's been spam before, there'll spam in the future, there'll always be spam, if you added mods every time there's spam pretty soon everyone would be a mod.

Yeah I kinda contradicted myself. But what I'm saying is even if we had say 4 more mods, the spam that happened probably still would have happened. You just get a lot of people jumping the gun for more mods purely for the sake of becoming one.

No one that's posted here bar one has a chance in hell of making mod. I would say bar two, but one of the two seems a bit full of himself atm.
Oh... and No, we don't need more mods, current mod team is doing better than fine.
Final edit: If we didn't need more mods when PureOwnage was here on that account, we're more than okay right now.

There really is no need for more mods. There will never be able to be a mod on at every minute of the day.
As everyone has said. If needed more mods we announce a recruitment. At this time, thats not the case, so you wont see any announcements.
Once PHPBB3 comes out. Modding will become a LOT easier. All mods will be able pull a temp ban at any moment, stopping spammers like todays at a moments notice.
