Here is the board we made to call the spirit.

We use also a coin of 2 euros or smt, put it in middle. Put your finger on then pray (touch but not push too hard). Have light (electricity) turn off. The key of this is being sincere. Wait for about 5 mins. While waiting dont stop calling for the spirit, but be respectful!
Coin will start deplacing slowly and u'll have the feeling that your friend moves it. No it's the spirit. Force yourself to believe that it's the spirit who has done it. Begin to ask if the spirit is there, normally it will move the coin to 'yes'.

still, I may not be brave enough to go calling out spirits because the ones you may find if you do, arn't neciasarrly human, but many places that are so called haunted don't really scare me, I don't what to think on the subject, but I'm not as afraid of it as many are, to me if some one dies and they hang around doesn't mean they are evil. But i don't know if they do exsist for sure, but if you take a christan stand point, i know it does say that spilling blood will stain the land, which could mean hauntings, even further more, that spririts shouldnt' have left this earth yet anyways according to revelation where they called from the grave and such, and every one is judged, leaves this option very possible. From an agnostic stand point, it could be, even sientific, (ok si fi) but the complex patterns of energy in a mind can leave marks on things around them, as for that mark becoming aware or semi aware itself is a different matter though could be possible, I don't know much about many other religions but many religons have some form of spirits that roam around, or ghosts. So think what you will, maybe your beleif in something is what makes it happen

the idea of the collective unconcious could make the beliefs even spectical ones, form in a semi tangible way with human counter parts, and energy flows around us, the thoughts of many people focusing unconciously on something could be enough to influance the world around us in a small enough way to make it happen

Ok, i searched on the internet, and found out the talking board is called "Ouija" board, a communication tool with the dead. A lot of person has experience with it with mystic story.

how can ghosts exist, humans are no more special than an animal without a "SOUL" and how could we, and ghost apperently do not consist of matter but some other form of electromagnetic waves, it's just hard to believe, cuz if they existed, everyone would know of it, and there would be any specs.

That's not necessarly true, it's just one of the theories. But it does make logical sense and fit in with the dinosaurs and what not. I've heard different theories that explain the same thing though.

well the only funny thing I have about ghost is when my aunt in VN told me about her great grandfather's 3 encounters with ghosts. One was at an old school during midnight or so.. he was on his way from something and he needed to ask for a direction. Looking around he saw someone hunching and holding an oil lamp walking around near the school gate (but inside the school). He went over from behind to ask for direction, then as the person/ghost turns around, he could see the light getting brighter as he turn, and as the ghost/person almost fully turned to him, he saw the face in the light wasn't normal... it was grayish/blueish... sommething that give you that chill feeling... he got scared and ran away.

The second time was when he was on his way home from work (probably... don't remember), and as he passed this coconut tree, it suddenly bended down blocking his way, as if it was chopped down... well he was in a hurry and so he decided to take a wiz... then after that it just stood back up as normal and left him alone.

The third time was when (sometimes around 10pm or so) he was walking down the road and he saw this old lady with three piglets... she gave it to him and when he got home, he ran to show whoever (i forgot) and saw nothing in his arms other than clays...

During that time it wasn't like city or anything, houses were like 5 mins away from each other.
