yes, but if we're going to do it, we have to do it right. Insulting them will get zero results. Here's what I posted on our union forums.

Code:
We, people who actually play the game, spend real money, need to stand up and say enough is enough. ie. the hackings, the security and the bots. How? Persistence. Ranting here, on SRF, SRA etc etc doesn't work and never will.

We need to spam JM's own forums. Their iSRO one and their kSRO. Mmosite and other gaming sites. WE. not I.

Step 1. Make new fake accounts. JM have temp banned in the past if you do something they don't like.

Step 2. Make a NEW post each time.

Step 3. Post the same thread. (cut paste, master copies can be found here, sra srf etc etc.)

Now, what to post? Keep it simple, short and to the point, as we will need to have it translated into Korean for the Korean site.

Blah blah blah, it won't work? 1. don't be defeatist. 2. this needs to be constantly done, not one time. not one day. But every fkin day, every fkin week until they DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. One off protests NEVER work, in the real world or here.

We are the ones that need to save this game, cause sure as hell, JM won't unless they are kicked in the ass to do something.

Calm down, we're all very upset about this. JM will have to do something, so just wait and see for now.

Wait and see hmm nothing is gonna be done i didnt lose 2.5b or anything close to that but i did lose my hard earned gear and my wolf and watch JM is gonna do anything about it.

First they give away peoples IDs just by quoting someone on the forums and now you can steal someones account just by using their ID great job gay/bot/hackermax.

I have to agree that they are pretty screwed.
And i am sorry that you lose so much money (which is = time)
But like what people said, they are going to do nothing about it
Either they are so inefficient
Or they are really mean, to a point that they rather fill their pockets with cash

But whatever the case is, it is best to lie low. I know it may seem cowardly but remaining a low profile is the best alternative if they mess up the security system

You're not the only one who got hacked, there are many players who have been recently hacked, and lost their account. Well I'm sorry to hear that the gold your friend gave to you got stolen :/. Do you really think JM doenst know about this problem by now? For every account that got hacked, JM looses customers, and more players will be reluctant to continue buying anymore silk for this game.

They know, but are they doing anything? I've been in and out of here for more than a year now and it's the same s**t, we, you, the paying customers have to put up with.

Any post by them saying something? No. Any GM's doing anything, No. If you trust them to do something, good on ya. But I don't. And I think many others don't trust them either.

I don't want to go to another game. I love this one. I do however want to make it better.

This is what Joymax is exploiting on us. They knew we like this game and abused this priveledge. Even with a low-class service, they knew customers won't switch to any other online games, simply because they are stuck with this game...their friends, their stuff.

(Those who study econs can ramble on further if they want)

I like the idea of systematically spamming JM forums. But we should do that like you said with one kind of post without insults etc...
 We make new fake accounts
 We post new topics containing the same post every time

Someone better than me in English should make a post like that

Plenty of posts have been made in the past on official forums clearly stating the problems that plague the game and Joymax's system integrity. And yet nothing happens, nothing changes and everyone just ends up getting f*ucked anyway.

Sadly you just gotta deal with it, it speaks volumes that official word was not released by Joymax as soon as the problems were and are found.

Only thing that would cause an uprising is an all-out silk protest. But that won't work since some that break the rules also buy a crapload of silk too, so they wouldn't feel as big a sting since everyone wouldn't be on board with the protest :(

Get them to take notice when they have absolutely no one buying silk in a weeks' time. That will definitely get some asses in gear and get things fixed. Until then, they've got no reason to 1) ban bots 2) fix glitches 3) restore accounts 4) act like they care.

Too many people are posting here and not the official forum, I believe nothing will be done no matter how many posts are made but It's worth a try.

I just made a thread myself and in one hour only had 6 responses, hardly going to make them listen is it. MorningDew is yet to respond to any thread on this issue but it seems there are more posts here about it than there.

I know many are using bug report but that seems to be useless in my opinion.

6 responses in 1 hour, that's pretty lame. Not the best of threads but at least I'm trying.

http://www.silkroadonline.net/sro_board ... icID=59502

Not even an answer from the pathetic MorningDew to ANY thread in General Discussion or bug report. I've bought alot of silk in the past but from now on I play for free, I won't be giving JM one cent of my money.

I stay because I love the game, simple as that.
