could i get a refund or no?

alright so heres the "dilio" as you hip people would say

, i bought a premium, and im a kid and dont have a job, and my computer is kind of virused up and its being slow, this is the first money ive ever spent on this game and i feel like im waisting the premium i bought by not being able to train, i wanted to know if i could get a refund, i always here about it, but idk because i already bought it, if i lose my acc no bigie, i just have a couple of lvl 40s, ill just transfer all my items then try to refund, is this possible? thanks in advance. oh and the premium has like 17 days left.

try to get rid of virus.
go on a forums and post a hijackthis log.

if u dont kno how then put the valuble infos on removable harddrive (not recommended) or burn disks (prefered)
then format ur macomputer. normal lwares and viruses should be gone.

after that install sro (prefered not to after just formatted pc)

lol remind me of when I worked at a pizza place and these ghetto ass people would call and complain for a new pizza, than when they bring it in it's like half eaten already... ghettooo

I would learn how to use ctrl+alt+del and memorize all the processes in your task manager if I were you....or get a virus cleaning program if doing manual virus removal is too complicate, although kids nowadays do that when they are 10.
