90 Cap comes with the Siege War Update...
But no new skills... Just 90 Cap, no new skills

90cap will bring 90 skills. It would be stupid not to.
It also seems 90cap will NOT be with castle siege update. Legend II update has been posted, and 90cap was not given any details within that preview. As of yet, they will be 2 seperate legends.
It seems like:
Legend I - Europe etc.
Legend II - Fortress War.
Legend III - 90Cap + Whatever else might be added.

The 90 cap is not coming with Fortress Wars - Legend II is JUST the Fortress wars... and I think we can all agree that its enough to make you smile .

All updates are put on the teasers, they dont give specifics, but they do announce what is being added.
With the Euro update they announced the new unique, the new tri-conflict, the Euros [dur], and the new skills.
Joymax has nothing to gain from hiding these facts, they gain more by announcing and bringing back the community that makes this game so rich and compelling.
