I JUST BOUGHT SOS BOW LVL 1 WITH ALL MY GOLD CUZ MY FRIEND SAID IF U EQUIPT A SOS ANY SOS U BECOME LVL 80 AUTOMAICALLY. AND IT DID NOT LVL ME TO LVL 80. HELP ME PLZ!! HOW DO YOU DO THIS??

Dammnit SRF this is serious 
Ok after you've run around hotan 5x you have to go to Lord Yarkan. You have to kill him without dying while naked using your SOS bow...if you manage to do that then just Rondo the bow and you'll instantly become lvl 80.
You guys are jerks for not helping this kid out, thats how the rest of us got to lvl 80 so fast who are we to stop someone else.

It doesn't automatically give you level 80. You have to earn it. Get on your knees and beg for it if you have to. If the bow suddenly gets bigger, it's a good sign, you're almost there. But make sure no white stuff (the dried sos glow) falls on you, cause you can get HIV

You have to join a party with a level 80 that has auto share and exp share. Then you have to run around hotan 5 times naked then 4 times clothed. Then run out and drop the sos bow and pick it up.
Everyone here forgot some parts. tsk tsk nubs
