First, the skills u need are:
1. all debuffs beside medical raze/ravange
2. stun and sleep
3. wheel bind and fog sight (fog sight can be left out if u want but i suggets taking it)
4. Both of the leech skills
5. bloody trap
6. all of the 1h tree and the 2h skill turn rising ( keep turn rising up to date)
For pvp first cast vampire touch wich will give disease status, stun, then cast ur debuffs (disease status will help u not get ur debuffs resisted), then finally bloody trap. After all of ur debuffs are on take out ur 1h sword and start owning him. if u feel like ur hp is getting low cast vampire touch or kiss and kd him with turn rising and start pounding him with 1h while on the ground.
For pve, regular mobs really do not need any debuffs just kill them with 1h skills. Camps and giants u should put physical raze/ravange on them and then 1h them, and heal with leech when needed.
