What's that buff?

I logged on into my char and I went to grind at takla. And I saw the buff besides my gt. What's that?? I have never seen it before. I tried that guy, ehab2004, but he was offline.

EDIT: It disappeared in like 5 mins...

You're an academy leader right? All your apprentices can transfer monster points to you. The points become a buff that give you +10% exp and sp.

first time being an academy leader, so I wouldn't know about that buff.

You're an academy leader right? All your apprentices can transfer monster points to you. The points become a buff that give you +10% exp and sp.

20%. its 80% for the pupil and 20% for the leader

That's the points donated.

Apprentice cumulates 1000p then donates
Apprentice is left with 800 Acumulated and the guardian with 200 Acumulated
Each mob killed wastes 10p, and then the mob gives 10% extra exp/spexp

oh lolz... I told Xiao that I was leaving guild (since, the union is splitting up anyways), so I could join with my friend's guild and have fun with castlewar.
