I've experienced a lot problems with Troy, since the emergency inspection before the fortress war. I believe they did something to the server that wasn't good.
The problems are:
+ C9 Errors on login screen all the time. (Wouldn't it be better to explain what the problem is to the users than just having a "C9" text there? Not many can figure out the problem from that. So instead of having the "C9" text, they should change it to something like "The server is too busy to handle your request at the moment.")
+ A lot more disconnects than usual.
+ Screen freezes, but game is still running - you can't view it, it must be shut down and restarted.
+ Crashes, all the time.
Are you all on Troy having the same problems?

Hm, so it's not only Troy that is having problems? Do you get the C9 Error?

Ah alright, then it's not only Troy. I really hope Joymax solves it, cause right now it's pissing me off. Yesterday i spent more time in front of login screen than in game.

Most of the time that c9 error is due to your internet connection, lags too

Maybe but I doubt it.
My connection is good, I tried all various speed tests, and they all turned out good. I even called my isp and they said the problem does not involve my connection.
Its only towards joymax offical site and the game itself that I have problems with.
Im just wondering if there is anyone here that has had the same problem but sorted it out.

if ur screen freezes , its ur vid card/comp
but the c9 error is ur connection/their server .

It can't be my connection. I haven't had any problems before. My connection is 24mbit down, 2mbit up. Nothing bad with that. So i guess it's their side that the problem is on.
My computer should be able to handle Sro, so it's not that, that causes the freezes. 8800 GTS 640mb, 4 GB ram, Quad core.
I've had no problems whatsoever with anything until yesterday, after the inspection on Troy.

I have the same problem but i don't have c9 errors
My problem is, when i use a teleport (jangan/dw/fortress/etc.) Its freezes at 80% then i get trown out of the game and get ??? error.
I have 2 pc's. My brother is playing on a pentium III and im playing on a dual core with a better graphic card. He doesn't have this problem, so its something with dual core's/quad core's.

I don't dc unless the servers go down, I don't get the c9 error whatsoever [fortress war time was the only exception - I blame it on the 2000+ people trying to login at the same time], I don't freeze, and I don't crash...
The only thing that is wrong with Troy is that the bloody thing seems to be taken down all the time. Not like I care though, it cleans my grinding spot up nicely.

man, ur pc specs is over kill. you could run SRO simultaneouly with like 10 more clients and ur PC could still handle it lol.

obviously you don't know joymax well enough: if enough users send in bug reports they will put up a notice stating they are working on it. Then they will attempt to fix the problem.
Their not going to give us a step by step notification of how they fixed the problem. their just going to fix it. I'm sending in a bug report atm... I might do a PR inquiry also >.>
