some skills have description like this:

"Currently maximum of target ability's xx% is applied"
e.g. cleric buffs: (such as str/int buff, phy/mag def buff)

"Weapon Phy/Mag Attack power xx% Reflect"
e.g. (Warrior increase aggro, warlock decrease aggro skills)

what do these statement mean?

Weapon atk power reflect means it isn't affected by your build but rather only depends on the weapon's atk power. So if you have 1k m atk on a cleric rod and it say 300% weapon atk power reflect, it means 1k x 300% is added to it's effect...which is healing.

Not sure about the first one, I haven't figred it out since it doesn't seem to do anything...
