Same in Opera.
To be honest with ya'll, I find Opera's "widgets" more useful than FF's "add-ons."

Not really, just got some nice new stuffs. But alot of addons don't work with it. I'm liking the spellchecker etc.

FF3 add-ons are awesome, especially the dictionary/translation tools. Instant translation by just highlighting a word in any language you want.
DL opera now to try it out.
@topic starter: how is your cpu usage for firefox so low?
OT: Can anyone give me a link to download skins for taskbar customizations?

Oh, wait IE IS broken EDIT: Would anyone that uses Opera be willing to help to try and get the SRF Greasemonkey script working on opera? I know that you can, but once it loads it just makes a white box rather than the nav EDIT 2: ZOMG I made a double post

What's so good about FF? I tried it, and imo, it's just annoying. It's so big and chunky and ugly, the spellchecker is just annoying, I usually get my spelling correct, and when it's not correct, it's generally on purpose. I hate seeing red lines under my writing The translator sounds pretty cool... But when would I use that? I usually want to write in a language I already know, and if for some reason I want to use a different language, I can always just use google translator (in my speed-dial, lol). Yeah. I love how pro opera looks, it's so small and awesome

well, i used firefox for about 2 years. best thing about it ~ for browsing srf that is ~ is the greasemonkey addons that soda made. they were supposed to be compatible, but they dont work in opera yet. me n soda (mostly soda cause i dont know shit about scripting) are trying to fix it. is like, i got an idea of how we might fix it, he goes n tries to script it.
opera looks pretty sweet.. but so did firefox with the right skins on it.

Cin&I=Bad mods for hi-jacking this thread. But...we have a working version of the nav in Opera, seems to be working pretty smoothly, only issue is that it loads the nav from an external site. I'll work on it for a while longer, if you are interested in using it, just hit me up with a PM and I'll send you a copy

_Panu_ wrote: soda, could you explain wat the grease-script does? the current one soda is working on is a sliding left-side bar. that means, the bar with links in it doesn't stay in top, but scrolls down as you scroll down the page. therefor, you dont need to scroll all the way back up to click one of the links.
