Will Euro's get any new skills(or upgrades)at the 90 cap?

I tried to use the search button to find the answer,but no luck.So don't even dare to flame >.<.If this needs to be moved to characters skills section please do so.
I've been reading alot about Euro's at the 90 cap not getting any new skills,and chinese pretty sure are getting new skills meaning extra dmg.This would bring a balance in terms of chinese having like equal dmg in skills but with the potdelay euro would still have an disadvantage.

Now are these unfounded suspicions or is this something U can say as a fact?

Please specifiy why.

i saw a post once that has a link to a site that has lvl 120 Chinese and Euro skills, i read some replies upon the certain thread that Euro got nothing new, but they can lvlup their skills

Euro actually get some new skills ...
Warrior gets Ultimate Screen ...
Cleric gets new skills (new versions of Recovery Divison and stuff) ....

Picture please,opinions are thusfar divided so any pics that CSRO or KSRO got new euro skills in the past are highly appreciated.

Can't you just post a direct pic,the interface of that website is deeply annoying and It's not a direct link,I tried searching and took a look at chinese and euro skills but all i saw was skills till 80 cap,nothing after 80 cap towards the 90-100 cap.

When the 90 Cap comes, we'll most likely have the same skills till like June or something. Like what they did with the 80 cap when it came out.

that was only because the new skills weren't made yet

as for euros most builds won't get new skills but they will get upgrades to them

Nuclear,tnx for the link.It has nice info..I saw some new skills for euro's but to my idea they're only passive upgrades,personally as a rogue i'd love to get some new (xbow)Attack skills considering they're not as 'cool' as other build in how they attack.

Any idea how to make the fun last with a rogue?

Look at the current skills ingame and compare. You'll see they do get a few.
