Avalon is 100% hand grinded euros. At 30 we killed Uru. At 60 we killed Yarkan and do it everyday without getting him stuck. We have trained at mobs 11 lvls higher than us from the beginning. Lvl 80 botted chars, both chinese and euro are helpless against us. If it were just a matter of mashing buttons, none of that would be possible. You have to have half a brain to play a euro well. If you just mash buttons, the most common ones you are gonna mash are "resssssssss".

just kick them from the guild... if they need plvl at lvl 30 they wont go far in this game...
and if you say "yes" one time they will always be begging for plvl. i recive PMs every day from some guys i plvled a few weeks ago... and i just ignore them (this is the reason i didnt create an accademy)
if you want to plvl them its your choice but at least ask them for money to buy pots...

ya I have to agree, I notice a trend in lack of pvp skills with people who plvl their character rather than handgrind.

I suggest you tell them that they need to level on their own. In my guild, people are often doing sniper parties, but sometimes members ask for the party and then go afk, which is fine because they are in the guild, but there is a limit. I had to tell some of my members to go grind themselves or they are out of the guild because we are not a power lvling service, and I refuse to help anyone that can not do the slightest thing to even help themselves, let alone anyone else.

I power lvl myself a lot with my nuke,r but thats just to get past the boring part so i can party grind past lvl 50 and stuff.

That is so true! xD
I have never met a Euro warrior below level 40 who knows how to use taunt, vital increase, pain quota, and physical screen to the fullest
you obviously havnt met me :D I use those skills all the time, i taunt the target off my men then kill them but vital increase only benefits the player (Yourself) and i rarely use it because it lowers dmg, anywho i use all the other skills ur mentioned. Prolly the best warrior on the server cuz no one uses the useful skills.

If they begging for plvl, they ain't your friends. Most of the new recruits me and my Guild Leader take in are either people that don't speak English (Which is really annoying) or they come in beg for free plvl and leave if you deny. You can't find nice talkative members anymore that aren't plvl fiends and aren't lazy so they plvl through the game.

Tank 101: Tanks arent meant to do dmg.

Vital increase reduces the dmg you take. It allows you to take more dmg to be a better tank by tanking more mobs and ease the load on the cleric. The wizards and rogues are the dmg dealers, not the tank. KNOW YOUR ROLE.

Warrior = tank
Wizard, Rogue, Warlock = dmg dealer
Cleric, Bard = support char

Everytime I see a Warrior even mention dmg or the lack of, I wanna slap them.

Frankly, some people aren't smart enough to know how to play after being plvled. I'm not one of those. I pay attention to skills, and use them all to learn them. In Xian, it's really the only way I can level my wizard, there's not many euros at all in Xian.

I'm a rogue and everytime I see that 7th degree heavy armor I regret switching to rogue >_< Some warriors are so horrible, I pull and they sprint assault one thing that I pull. Warriors were so good back when Euro launched, but now they're all getting plvled. Had to switch to rogue cause 2H was too slow leveling for me, getting ks'ed by all the gold bots :|

too bad not all servers have avalon and co dedicated to hand grinding. it's hard finding a pt, and don't even think about finding a competent one.

On Hercules, I give free powerleveling to any of my guild/union members from time to time (cause I'm bored and lvl 80). Too bad we had an altercation and I left the union. Not my lost anyway.

If you dont want to, just say no. They dont like it, they can leave. If there are enough members of similar levels wanting powerleveling, just ask them to share party level with each other. You just have to be more assertive.

Cool, but as other people said Vital Increase is a very underestimated skill. It is good not only for the HP increase but for the part that no one seems to understand: It raises the Aggro of a warrior. If you would kindly take a look at XenmasXD's Rogue guide (words of wisdom here):

Quote:
-Understand Aggro
Aggro is the base of the Euro party playing system. Without aggro mobs would never attack Wizards and Clerics and everyone would be happy. Aggro is the amount of aggression a monster has towards a player. If a player has a High Aggro the Monster will gravitate towards that player and attempt to kill them. If the Player has a Low Aggro the monster will ignore the player no matter how many times you hit it and it will focus on another player instead. With Chinese the determining factor of aggro was damage. With Euros its much deeper. I believe the aggro list is as follows descending from highest aggro to lowest

1.Wizards-----Or you could just as easily say this----1. Casters
2.Clerics------------------------------------------------------2. Buffers
3.Warlocks----------------------------------------------------3. Melee
4.Bard
5.Warrior
6.Rogue

This means that once a monster becomes aggressive towards any member of the party they will gravitate towards the player with the highest Aggro automatically. Thats why casters die so much because even with other players around monsters will ignore them to get to the caster.

As you can see, Warriors rank #5 on the list of Aggro, meaning that any monsters pulled with taunt or attacks would have a large chance of making a beeline straight for the INT builds, thereby screwing them over. I can testify to this; today I had a pure INT Euro party with no tank (because there seems to be a disproportionate number of wizards and clerics). We had three clerics constantly group healing and bless spelling, yet the wizard kept dying over and over again simply because he attracted more monsters than the rest of us. With a warrior using both vital increase and taunt (along with a few attacks that also passively raise Aggro), the chances of attracting monsters is amplified, saving the lives of the other party members. But as others said, warriors aren't counted on for their damage. In fact, they are constantly outdamaged by rogues and wizards without their suicide buffs on, they attack slower, and are not ranged. On top of that, warriors should not use KD or KB skills to keep the party from moving, lessening the number of attacks they can use. As a cleric, I would beg a warrior to simply not pay attention to the monsters around him/her and just watch out for the damage dealers; taunting any monsters that get too close, recasting pain quota and physical fence on the most vulnerable builds, and not paying the slightest attention to his/her own damage. As long as a good warrior can be our sacrificial lamb and tank for us, they are the coolest people around!
:)

We know we are unique. In Venus, bot guilds go legit instead of legits going bot.

And from my experience, it goes like this...

Aggro
1.Wizards
2.Clerics
3.Warlocks
5.Warrior
6.Rogue
4.Bard

Bards have anti aggro skills that keep them pretty much untouched as long as the mobs arent too high level. They have only one skill, mana wind, that causes it.

If you knew your role, you would understand Vital Increase increases your aggro, increasing the chance of mobs staying on you rather then switching to an Int.

nightbloom, I have to disagree with the top listing. Clerics draw more aggro then wizards, because cleric skills have the reflect value.

I have to agree with Necrobat about cleric`s drawing more agro
even with a wiz blasting a mon with nukes it will still comeand attack me if the tank dosnt stop it(and with most of the partys im in the tank never does..)

And yes i have noticed there are very few good euro tankers around...
there either 2handed warrriors who keep knocking down the moonster so the wiz`s cant attack it or they just run off killiing other mons while the other`s get pwned by party mons...or my fav watch as a party giant attacks me and does nothing...(and i know he saw beacuse he laught when i died...im a cleric btw)

i only have a lvl 33 warrior(that i pled to lvl 30) and im a great tanker xD(ive even been told) better than most 50+ warriors...

anyhoo i get pled sometimes(as half of my guild is 70+)(but i never beg or even ask)and i pl some of the lower members and my friends.
but if they are annoying you just do what the others said and say no,alot easyer than making an excuse xD

Ever notice the thing that says

Aggro Increase 300% on it?

That means, instead of doing 20,000 aggro skills, your doing 60,000 aggro skills.

Your a tank. Dont need damage. Anyone who doesnt use this skill in a competent party at lvl 40+, and wonders why the aggro falls off them to kill the clerics, needs to use it more...

Party A: 2h without vital, 1 cleric, 1 bard, 3 wizards, 1 warlock

2h lures 20 mobs, starts doing skills. Hes like ZOMG 8K CRYTYCAL!
Wizards nuke with warlock debuffs for constant 25k dmg.
Mobs fall off tank, kills all the wizards, party is dead.
2h is like, omg im so hot, u see 8k crytycal? WHERE MY RESSSSSS?

Party B: 1h with vital, 1 cleric, 1 bard, 3 wizards, 1 warlock

1h lures 20 mobs, starts doing skills. Hes like ZOMG 800 crit, im so awesome!
Mobs stay on him, they get a ptg spawn kuz they're awesome.
