Fortress Owner Summon exclusively for Jangan, there's some post out there with a link to every fortress' summons available. It's a giant turtle for DW I believe...

Other leaders on the defending union can sumon Manho the White Tiger tho...

And yeah, only Union guilds of the fortress owner can sign up to defend.
