I want to tell a story of an unexpected phenomenon on SRO... when a new player ( new to server ) actually finds some nice people, newbies who are now friends, and a great time!

I walked out of Constant, and killed my first 5 monsters. No biggie. I see a lvl 52+ wizard and I say hi, I'm new to Venus. He says hi, we talk, then asks me to wait here.

He comes back and summons a lvl 5 wolf, and says when I get him to take good care. Im thinking.. 'Woah, did he just spend 1 mil for a new player?' So, we go off in a party to kill monsters and talk about being wizards on Venus I learned a lot, because I never played Wizard before. Once I git lvl 5, he gave me the puppy, and invited me to his lvl 5 Guild, woah!?

Now, I am lvl 10 and I am just running around with my lvl 10 doggy, murdering everything in my path With 3 other people I saw at lvl 1 grinding, we are now arranging grind party times with each other for 1 to 2 hours per day of only party mobbing.

I don't know if it's luck, but Venus is an ultra cool server. At least on the Euro side. I've heard when a server gets out, only the newbie chinese cities get abandoned.

Ya, the European side is quite good on Venus. Sometimes it can be hard to find lower level parties, so it's good that you've got people you can organise with now.

But it is indeed rare to find someone so giving to a new player. WHat was the wizard's name may I ask?

You know what, I've read here on the forum (Guides section) a way to get rich while plvling noobs.
He wrote that while he was plvling them, 1st he gives all the noobs a wolf and lvl the wolves @ the same time. Then they return the wolves to him and he sells them for a good price.

I hope this is not the case, but pure luck.

lucky, for my first day on venus, i lvled solo to lvl 14, then got invited into a guild, the people in which started to talk about owning avalon and botting, so i promptly quit.

now i'm lvl 21 and bored cuz there are no good parties at all. so much for venus.

European side on almost all servers are pretty good since they're bot free.



That's pretty risky since the other players can just run away with their free wolves. xD

u don't want to c china side. cuz no1 at JG and Dw gates. DW is full of gold bots.

You should consider yourself lucky with the dog, I remember when the masks first came out and this guy wanted 3 masks for a dog level 20 unnamed. I got the dog for 3 masks (worth only 30k) .

lucky. I got 1.5 m that i had to gain and im in full npc gear. But yea euro is awesome. China side, mostly botters there are few chinese legits. Cuz you end up ike me. lvl 78 with no where to grind and nothing to do -.-

thats why i bought my venus char premium ^_^

when ur 3 day penalty is done, pm one of the guild leaders in my union, or oddysse union and i bet you will get a good guild in no time.

Forgot about those taxes too. Another reason why the Euro side owns.

yea, my first experience of Venus was getting a party right away and getting 34 in a day xD. after that I've stayed ever since.
Now I'm tanking at generals =)

if you're serious about starting on this server, (to anyone), feel free to pm anyone in the Avalon union we're all chill and if anything we can get you an academy at the very least. Odyssey union is very chill too, and we're both legit unions.

I find that there are few parties for mobs below 4x in the matching system most of the time. However you can sometimes go to cmmon areas for pty and find em easily

i usually will solo and ask for parties constantly

Yea easy if you are a warrior. Go solo and find some pt.
I preffer to wait on the matching/ union chat, then go grind. Also good thing, your online friends, you can always make one with them. my friends.

yeah venus server is realy cool.. most characters are european..

FYI: find the guild RPBLOODLINE, they have 1 member there that gives 150 silk to members of their guild who gets to lvl 40, then next silk will be lvl 60.. and he gives gold too.. they pt lvl always and not 1 is a boter
check thier members.. all lvl 40 + wear devil wings... i planned to join venus, but starting over again is not my thing..

ill stay at red sea... i can afford silk anyway

I do admit, there are a lot of euros...but there are a lot of chinese too...just most have not come to light cuz they are botting 24/7 till they get full farmed =\

come anyway, isn't it worth spending an extra month to have fun for a year at cap xD? this communty is awesome and RPBLOODLINE is in our avalon union and they are awesome.

I'd give silk too but.... 50 members is a bit much x 150 silk = me not eating lunch for a month.

Erm, I'm barely at Jangan right now but I used to find new people right outside the gate, and talk to them (only if they had nice names, by nice I mean a capital at the beginning, only.), first thing I used to give was a brand new wolf, but not to every single newbie though.

but yeah Venus is pretty cool, I came back today and going to start playing in a few days once I get my silks ^-^
