 Post subject: S/S Pure Int 114% Mag Balance - Max Fire, Light, Cold - Help

Been really stuck on this for a while now. I want to go pure fire, ice and light...however peopel tell me that bicheon instead of fire is the way to go.

Surely with a good sword/shield and maybe protector or armor "garment probs not the best but maybe for the speed" i could do soem serious dmg in pvp being the highest hitting build in sro. With nice defence, good hp on my gear i could stand a chance right? Or is bicheon really worth it, cus the kd and stab to me isnt worth it, only thing i can see is the castle shield being worth it...but only 15 seconds :(

first off... this should be in character skills section... but second...for pure in i would go Cold-80 Light-80 Bicheon-80 Fire-60
and yes the KD and Stab are very critical things in pvp because your gonna need those incase your though on hp and other shit like that...also make sure you get chains too...those are vital in pvp especially towards lvl 80 for bleed and division..

Wizard is the highest hitting build in sro,
if u get 50% mana shield im sure no one would kill u unless they get a good 2-3 crits on u, or if they have a sun weap. 3 hit no crit xD
blade skills are very good,
1, for the chains
2, kd and stab
3, phy buff
4, more blocking
5, all the above :P
i would say go 80fire(for dmg) 80light(for dmg and speed) 80blade(above) 60ice(40% and 50%, not much of a differences if u ask me)
would u give in a few more phy defs and 10% mana shield for more dmg(chains) and KDs to save ur life ?

Last reply helped allot actually. and i mean hardest hitting chinese build. I usually hold an som + sword and shield too btw.

I will go 80 fire, light and bich and 60 cold then :) 10% aint shit lol!

Bicheon indeed is a must for S/S IMO. My guildmaster is level 79 I believe, and he can kill me if he gets one of those statusses on me with the chains. If he doenst, I kill him.

Ok thanks, i think i am set on how my build will be now :)

One last question, is forming a guild at lv 50 a good time to start? I would do now but im only lv 42 and i know people dont like low level gm's too much.

Actually, the hardest hitting build in iSRO chinese wise, is the Spear Nuker pure int. The sword is no match at all for the spear's mag attack. Even though you hold an SOM, look at an SOM Spears stats to your SOM swords. You will see the difference.

ya im going Fire 80 light 80 hueskal 80 and ice 60 because im hybrid so ... i dont need ice all that much...20% phys increase or 22% not sure on the max power guard of ice and 40% snow shield is enough for me :D

40% is fine also for my pure int build? I have very nice gear, i mean peopel my level can nuke me and hit me for like 450 lol1 Its funny, they think im hiding my level.

For this cap 80 fire 80 light 80 bicheon 60 cold

for 90 cap i think that if your pure int in garms, go 90 cold (60% snow) 90 Light 90 bicheon (quad stab) and 30 fire for fireshield

If you go prot with that build 60% snow will eat all your mp. so the rest is up to u.

Well with the 90 cap more likely the level i will cap on 2i dont bot" i will plan for that, so 90 bich, 90 cold and 90 light it is :) In garms most likely.

Then for 100 i can just got 100 light, 100 bich and maybe 70 cold 30 fire? or ditch fire 100% and go 100 cold?

i have a lvl 80 pure int. i was spear in garments fire light ice. then changed to fire light spear skills. (that was before the snow shield) that still was not working for me so i switched to s/s and dropped fire and took ice light and s/s skills.
i would say go with s/s light and ice at 80 and get fire so you will not always be frozen.. also get out of garments if your in them.. when 9th comes i will be moving to prot for more phy def.

I have a full sos/som garm set with nice hp blues so i went for them over prot.

Im trying to be full prot by the time im full 6d however.

If were just talking solo pvping, most people will say max mana shield, but if talking the real full 100 people vs 100 people I'd say who needs mana shield when bless and cleric buffs work better and last longer. And for pve who needs mana shield when you can 2 hit most mobs your lvl with fire and thunder tree maxed.

I want to stand well in pvp as when i hit lv cap i will pvp loads.

i think 40% shield with ice is good enough. I mean those who go all the way at the 100 cap will be reducing there dmg output anyway, so it will be a case fo who has the best defence vs best attack eventually. You either go atk or def I'd rather be atk tbh.

I may do, at my level its funny being 114% mag balance as it is, getting like 23 int + and 23 str + on me...i can kill guys 10 lv + of me.

I start guilds when I was level 20 xD. It will be hard to recruit players higher than your level, but you can just start as soon as you have the gold to run it. Start scouting and adding players to your guild now :).

Actually snow shield only goes up 10% every 20 levels not every 10 (Lvl 20, 40, 60, 80) at level 90 snow shield's only gonna be 53% absorbtion, which makes sense seeing as at level 80 snow shield's 50%. However, at level 100 snow shield would be 60% absorbtion...and by that time 60% won't eat away at your mp that badly unless you just nuke and wear armor XD ^,^

Also, I'd suggest building your pure int around which protector you'll wear and weapon. If you go garment, I'd suggest going 90 Light, 90 Cold, 90 Weapon, 30 Fire ; protector could work with the light/ice/weap pure int build. However, if you go armor I'd suggest going 90 Fire, 90 Light, 90 Weapon, 30 Ice.

It depends..the hardest hitting build would actually be a Pure Int FORCE/Spear nuker.

With the current pattern of the updates of the snow shield, it makes no sense that it'll automatically jump from 50% to 60% in just 10 levels when all the past skills have had 20-level intervals before jumping 10% (starting at lvl20, then 10% jump at lvl40, then another 10% at lvl60, and the final jump at lvl80 w/ 50%).

I'd also suggest checkin' this out to double check your 90-skill info:

And if you have checked out the link above, and found the Cold section and where the snow shield skill is, you can see it shows it starting at Lvl20 w/ the 20% absorbtion, after 3 more lvls of updating the skill (the skill book's at lvl4), the absorbtion rate only goes up 3%. So, with the last book of snow shield, you can see the last level maxes at lvl89, and at lvl4 of the skill. It doesn't make any sense that with the same pattern of progress as any other book of snow shield, why would this last book jump 10% in just 4lvls added onto it and not abide by all the other books of snow shield with 6lvls max? '-,O

It's funny what you'll find if you actually did a little snooping.
