We've only got the XXL cans in the safeway next to my school. But my GF and I share 4 packs (of the 16fl), which were on offer this week for 6$, and we generally go through them in a day. This last friday lunch, I drank a 16ml and a 24ml, so 5 servings, so 5000mg of taurine, which really can't of been goof for me. But during my physics lesson, we tested my reaction times with it, and they were INCREDIBLE. Something like 4cm on the dropping the ruler test, where as the guy I was doing it with was getting 12. Maybe I was just lucky...but meh anyway XD

There's no real disturbing danger to drinking Energy Drinks on a regular basis. The only side-effect is a bloodpressure which may turn out a tad high. Just be sure not to drink more then 3/4 a day.

Energy drinks do infact contain "lot of bad stuff for pregnant, newly mothers and children.." So there is no affect on us whos not in that quote?

Nothing wrong with Energy Drinks if you work out other than the caffeine, so if you work out you can drink 1 or 2 a day depending on how old you are. Caffeine is bad because overuse of it can cause sleeping, and anxiety disorders.
Definitely never drink a lot of energy drinks etc without having a break.

Bawls.
Monster is gross.
Taurine is like Bull bile or something. No thanks to that.
Only bad thing about Bawls is..well...the name. Plus what's cooler than an energy drink in a glass bottle. The maker's are so hardcore.

It is a psrts drink that restores sodiums and sugars and sh1t after you exercise. Energy drinks are a scam if you ask me. They've got all these cool looking logos and cans and all these ingredients I'm willing to bet 90% of the people who preach about them don't even know what they are. If anything even happens, it is probably just a placebo effect when you drink an energy drink.

I take 6 advils a day to get jacked fibras like you said... and its working...

The problem is that caffeine is the number one drug of choice in the whole world. No other drugs even come close to comparing to it in sheer numbers of addicts. The problem with energy drinks is often the sugar level, but most importantly caffeine and that people drink too much of it. Caffeine is a stimulant drug.
Too much caffeine will lead to caffeinism which will result in: nervousness, irritability, anxiety, tremulousness, muscle twitching (hyperreflexia), insomnia, headaches, respiratory alkalosis and heart palpitations. Over a long period of time, caffeine increases stomach acid and will cause peptic ulcers, it will erode your essophagus, and cause acid reflux disease.
If you OD on caffeine then you will get caffeine intoxication which over stimulates your central nervous system. Oding can result in restlessness, nervousness, excitement, insomnia, flushing of the face, increased urination, gastrointestinal disturbance, muscle twitching, a rambling flow of thought and speech, irritability, irregular or rapid heart beat, and psychomotor agitation. OD too much and you WILL get this: depression, lapses in judgment, disorientation, loss of social inhibition, delusions, hallucinations, psychosis, rhabdomyolysis, and death may occur.
I avoid all energy drinks and take caffeine minimally because it can hinder work outs. Also why i avoid other stimulant drugs or alcohol...with some sucess
