GOD DANGIT...was about to sell my old 64 sos +7 blade...when Xian closes the server! Man..this is total bs..you won't believe how close we were...he loaned 10m from a mate to match my price..i was about to close stall and trade with him (why the hell would i pay stall network 1.9m!?!?!?!?) and then...DC...at first im like OMG..i better get back on and finish this trade before he leaves...turns out..whole server is down

You dont pay 1.9m. You only lose money when its sold through stall network, not stall. + You cant sell over 100m when through trade.
The max that the stall network takes out of you is 100k so any items sold over 10m will just be given out 100k
