Difference between Europe and China?

Hey I live in America and i'm wondering what the difference between China and Europe are??? Like does China have better stuff, or does Europe have a better start or anyhting. Well i'm not sure which one to go to because they both seeem equal, but when i go to jobs there is a gear that says "china" and i can't wear it.... like for theives it has cooler gear than the European stuff, Even though thats not my main piont i'm just wondering which one is better and give me reasons why it is better... I thought you were talking about the actual countries up until like half through that thing. I say for theif job, chinese thief suit is cooler looking

OT: Euro is stronger but has pot delay. Chinese are better for solo play meanwhile Euro plays best in an 8 man party.
