i always thought they were to detect invis ppl? i think they use to be named detection pills or something like that

there are both, the grey ones are abnormal status pills and the red ones are invisible/stealth detect pills.

anyone figured out to why the pills(the normall pills) in hotan are refersed called? the cheaper ones are called: large, the one that are a bit more expensive are called: small (or medium w/e dont know excactly)
