Netwarriors are the boggest guild, but people need to know before the Euro patch they hosted a Ventrilo Client with a Keylogger and where stealing prople accounts.

then they would change the password and bot that account untill it got banned.

People just being stupid and downloading files without scanning them, i upload everything i download to virustotal

60 cap I could believe it, but now? Lol... You could spam globals about your amazing bot and even send bug reports to JM when you bot isn't working and complain about it, and you still won't be banned.

Anyways, nasty trick, but it's your own fault if you get keylogged. They can't jack your shit without you falling for it first. Solution: be cautious.

netwarriors is back together with some of the strongest players in athens, for fortress war.

my GM went there, and if it was a dirty guild, he wouldnt be in there anymore.

they are clean now.

that is a really good scam

i mean if you join a guild and they are all nice to you
then they want you on their ventrilo to get to know you
the keep up the charade for a few months... get your character nice and lvl'ed with your gold
you've invested time in the guild and in sro. Then they wipe you clean, you are completely caught unawares.

It's nasty but kudos to whoever thought it up

A bot hasnt been publicy banned since june, private bannings happen every now and then. For example one of my union members was banned for botting recently (he was silk free xD)

the guild netwarriors was stolen due to mistrust issues between the original core and us easily allowing anyone leadership when mercs were around

all the original, scamming, hacking, what ever else you want to throw at us.. netwarriors

are now under Disney.

the new "NetWarriors" are all the wanna be nerds we rocked back then when we played to actually make our name in the books, which we did quite well.

every union that is worth a fight, is in the union with netwarriors.

It's disney/SaintNSinneR versus the server, just like the old day's, nothing's changed.

and um? lol this whole ventrilo client keylogging thing is new to me.

Verify your ign, and which ip you were directed to, Because rumors are too easily spread, especially when everyone else jumps on the bandwagon =/ :roll:

eldest didn't get hacked

he actually scammed almost every turk on the server for their suns, and then sold them off.

hes now semi-active.

if people like NickyBoy alias _ZBI_ is in charge of NetWariors then theres trouble... NickyBoy emptied all of his union when he was in lead of former Crazykids... When he came to SaintNSinner whilst AmabisMartho was still the leader and I played with Syysmyrsky/EverGreen we kicked him out as soon as I find out that his in guild. No scammers/haxors were allowed in SnS.

As for the whole Ventrillo thing, are we talking about downloading the ventrillo client from some random IP address that the guild members tell you, or are we talking about using the official client to connect to the guild's vent server?

Anytime someone suggests that I download some "cool application", I google around to find the official website, see if things look legit, then maybe download... and of course virus scan after that. Don't just download something from http://174.31.204.110/IamGonnaHackYou/download.aspx just because a guildie told you the file is "safe."

what boggles my mind the most is that

the people who stole our guild, [NetWarriors]

their only purpose was to "delete us from history" by getting rid of our name, either by building their own legacy, or by making us unknown

But, they fill the guild up with random nerds, and get the fort.

Not only does that put power to our NAME, i didnt' say our char's, i said our name. It also proves that their attempts are feeble.

You never see a thread about athens, and the name netwarriors not come up in it once, sure im being sarcastic, but when it comes to athens drama, netwarriors will forever reign. lawl

get over it, no one hacks scams etc etc without you putting ur self in the loophole first

requesting a Mod to properly lock this topic.
