Not getting silk?

Hi whats up, long time no see..

yeye whateve.

to the point, i was buying silk for my chinese glavie, which im going to play on again, anyways i bought 300 silk, and i did only recieve 100? i've bought 300silk, over 3 transactions. well anyway i got the confirmation email, from every transaction, but only got 100 silk? anybody got same problem?

I wrote to pay@silkroadonline.net and complained, what could i do else?

If you dont get reply joymax stole your money and if you want them money back do chargeback... but your account will get banned :roll:

Same here, at 12:00silk time I bought 500 silk and still dont have ANY of it... its 8:30pm here... been almost 12 hours now... I wrote them too... :banghead:

I bought 50 silk on SATURDAY so I could revive my rabbit...I STILL have not gotten my silk. I sent a bug report, but should i also email at the email provided in the post above????

It's only $5, but still, I'm poor, so $5 is like, 2 meals for me sometimes.

It dosnt mahter which amount of silk or money it is.. when you buy you must resive it....

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
Paypal is currently working normally.
However, Some of users who use Paypal Feb 10 , 2008 Silkroad Standard Time can have experience that have made payments but did not receive Silk partly.
We will restore Silk to all users that have made payments but did not receive Silk.
Few days could be spent to restore Silk, and we will be taking care of this matter as soon as possible.
We apologize for the problems this may have caused.
