I got the same problem but otherway around.
Dad likes animals too, but my mother doesnt want them :cry:

LOL just like my little doggy, sometimes he snatches some food off the table or something and when i get home and see that, i walk up to him with my finger up and he goes sadmode, looking down to the ground like "awww dear gawd im DOOMED!" haha and then im like ohh man i cant blame this cute little walking hairball and i pick him up and hug him :p

I had 2.

1 of em was scared of everything and always disapeared under stuff. So didn't see to much of him.
But my favorite called was the other. I don't really know what kind of cat he is, but im guessing its something persian, i had some pictures but i can't be bothered to scan them.
So i looked on google. I advise not to search "black hairy cat", comes up with some nasty stuff.
