Strange Paypal error!!!

i bought 300 silk by paypal to my other account yesterday and today i tried to buy 100 silk to my other account by paypal and i get this error
This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time

anybody got the same error thanks?

happens to me when i try to buy 500 silk. so instead of buying 500, i need to buy 300, 100, 100.
stupid thing and i dont have a clue why it happens.

check ur paypal setting
