Here are the different EURO builds, but are they made to be pure INT or pure STR? I do not have great experience with euro and will edit my post if you leave what the build is supposed to be or is preffered for maxium efficiency

[Edit 1] fixed a pic
[Edit 2] this was made because only skills were posted rather than build highlights
[Edit 3] Bard/Cleric Builds changed to positives
[Edit 4] Suggestion for build incorperated
[Edit 5] Link added to skills for every mastery, Check it out :)

HEY RIGHT HERE :)
here is the link to all the euro skills within the build they are in thanks to chaose5 who made this link/info:
http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=21370

Warrior: STR
Weapon: one handed sword, two handed sword, dual axe
Clothing: Heavy/Light Armour and a Shield
Uses: Tanker, takes the blows, survives longer but less damage, 2 handed sword does greater dmg but with slower attacks
Pic:
Image

Rougue: STR
Weapon: dagger, crossbow
Clothing: Light Armour Only
Uses: daggers have quick fast attack but not very high dmg, crossbow has 35m attack distance
Pic:
Image

Wizard: INT
Weapon: Staff Only
Clothing: Robe Only
Uses: high dmg char, less defense and easy deaths
Pic:
Image

Warlock: INT
Weapon: Warlock Rod Only
Clothing: Robe Only with use of shield
Uses: ability to alter enemies attack/defense skills
Pic:
Image

Bard: INT (by popular demand :P )
Weapon: Harp Only
Clothing: Robe Only
Uses: no attacking, makes other players capable of efficient, fun fighting, likely to be very wanted in the game
Pic:
Image

Cleric: INT (ty to [SD]Rainigul)
Weapon: Cleric Rod Only
Clothing: Light Armour, Robe, and use of shield
Uses: can enhance other's power, ressurection, some attack
Pic:
Image

ty from information on the forum...

EVERY time you lvl up, you gain 2 mastery points> therefore
you can raise so masteries preferably of the same build

Ex:
Warrior lets say 2 handed sword (main) + Bard skills (sub)(str)
Both STR builds (ty again Rainigul)
SO you dont get into trouble using int with pot delay

Ex 2:
Wizard pure int nuker (main) + Cleric Skills (sub)(int)
Both int builds

Response concerning my thoughts on pvp and pve:

There are no hybrids in euro, it's pointless.

Also, I liked this, it's pretty cool. It's kind of what I was looking for.

Only thing is you didn't play ksro... But I want to know what builds are good with pvp and who are better in pve.

Nice.

Thank You for your comment
Yes, I did not play kSRO, but I believe that the pvp setup will be similar to our current stage in iSRO before this update

Personally I believe the age old rule for pvp in this game is that:
Any Int Character that can tank whatever is thrown at it, will undoubtedly be the winner, assuming the enemy cannot out tank one-self

The 2 handed sword>Heavy/High DMG attacks, slower reload, less worry about pots because of being pure str, puller/tanker, awesome for pve I guess if you like being in the action on every single mob, might get boring after awhile >.<, some have reduced to comparing to str glavie, but we will have to wait and find out

Daggers>From what i've read, if it gets first attack with decent crits
your've done no matter what, hence the stealth weapon, for pve youll most likely need a group, but you are str so your more independent than a wizard would be

Crossbow: Looong distance, might kill u b4 u touch it because of the distance and pot delay, pve probly beast bcus not much touches you

Wizards: Huge DMG, no hp, kinda like pure int spear , but if it can kill u b4 u get to it, obviously it would be the winner, good for pve I believe, good xp and I think this is one of the fewer ones you can grind alone on

Warlock: with all the extended delay skillz, I predict this will be pretty powerful in pve especially for group mobs/hard mobs/giants, but in pvp because of pot delay might not have time for the extended effects to take serious effect

Bards: i dont think they can do anything in pvp but u can put buffs on urself with 2 trees with another str mastery

Clerics: same situation? I think they have more actual "attacks" than a bard, but likely another support build

(correct me if im wrong on anything )

I would be very interested to hear if the clerics and bards are pures or hybrids. I suspect hybrids, since according to this the bards dont need dmg and I know the clerics have absoloute dmg spells so this make int a little less nessesary.

well as i just learned thanks to another guide by TwelveEleven i think,
"You get 2 new mastery lvls with each lvl you go up. So you can get 2 full masteries. So you can comebine 2. Most common is Main + Cleric/Bard."

soo hope that helps

bad idea to use 2 kinds of weaps

rogues only depend on crit for their dmgs or else they cant kill fast

Yeah, you stated all good points. Except you said daggers probably won't fare well on their own.

Daggers are one of the best for soloing, they can kill giants with great ease. Crossbows are better for killing normal mobs.
Anyways, nice guide, nice guide.

You should try to learn the nature of who is more pvp based and stuff, but in all reality, I think EVERY build in euro is balanced (except for perhaps cleric and bard).

Bard do have attacks by the way, they shoot music at the enemy. I like the noise it makes, lol.

[EDIT:] Thanks for the credit on the guide

cleric seems to get a skill on high lvl that swaps 95% of your hp to 950% of
magical damage. see it like a suicide action. i also think that is the skill that
we saw a screenshot of some time ago with the cleric 1 hitting a chinese glavie
and 2 other chinese chars.

clerics got a few attack spells, but mostly its buff and heal.
same goes for bard. they have some attack and status effect spells,
but mostly its buff.

the reason they HAVE these chars (china almost got no healer builds lol) is
the fact that healing/buffing is rewarded since everybody gets same xp sp
in a party.

i like being a buffer and every now and then i swap weapons to do some
attack spells.

Well... the harp has only Mag attack and the skills are mag attack too. So i'd say INT, though it might be a slight hybrid to have more HP...

lol Bard is int....all the attack is magical attacks...even the passive is increase in magical attack...juz search the forum for the translated bard skills

no point doing hybrid in Euro char...there is pot delay so in 1v1 u will wanna be 1 hitting ur enemy...no point getting more hp and then u cant survive longer to pot due to the delay.... (Euro char has only either phy or mag attack, so hybrid will only increase ur mp/hp, no increase in damage unlike chinese char)

Bard does have attack moves

L15- Magical attack power 582~711 (+184%)

R2C2: Booming Cord
Skill form : Active
Skill attribute : Magical
Use Weapon : Harp

Are you SURE it has only magical attack?
Because I remember I got a +3 harp drop, and I was thinking of using it because I was a lower level and it could help me level. But I think it only had physical attack... But it would make sense if they were int I guess because they're under "buffer" and buffers are int characters.

Anyway, if you like doing alot of damage then be a rogue, they are fun, they can get pets and use a skill to turn them selves into other monsters.
is it true crossbows have a 35m attack distance?
and also would it be a good idea to be a rouge which uses both the crossbow and daggers?
I don't know about the 35m attack distance, and if I could get back on ksro I would check...

But as for your 2nd question...yes it is a good idea. attack with crossbow and finish with dagger. Perfect.

look at the evidence that bard is int...all attack is mag attack
http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=21514

dagger vs crossbow

look at all the skills translated here
http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=9978

dagger has stun..both need to turn on its extreme skills for higher dmg in exchange for lowering in phy def and hp

extreme cross bow : 75% increase phy attack, 50% hp reduce, 40% reduce phy def
dagger : 75% increase phy attack, 75% reduce phy + mag def (wif tis u will b as vulnerable as a int)

u have to turn on these skills as a rogue to be 1 hitting int of ur level...so comparatively crossbow is better, less phy def reduce + range
as a dagger u hv a 15 sec sprint skill (40% increase movement speend-lvl 1) but u are melee, so if after u use invisibility, get up close and attack, if u can stun/1 hit ur enemy, they are dead, but if not, then u are dead (75% reduce phy AND mag def isnt a joke)

note: after turning on extreme crossbow, i can be 1 hitted by a giant ard 3 lvl above me and im pure str

Quote:
rogues only depend on crit for their dmgs or else they cant kill fast

all str builds depend on crits...so is rogue...rogue depend more on stealth aka invisibility and their 70% increase phy attack

as for should u go for crossbow + dagger...dun worry abt it now...u will not hv enuff sp for that...i lvl up wif 0 gap and i can just only lvl up all my crossbow skills..thats all...juz go wif either crossbow or dagger 1st....u can always decide later(after more ppl play and give feedbacks) and sp farm at higher lvl to get them both since they are all in the same class and will NOT affect ur total mastery lvl...

well idk the answer to that but for me the game is about having fun not pwndering

backflips with little knives up in a monsters face

oooor shootin lil bolts from far away

hmmmm i might be a lil biased :P

nope...u will want to lvl up fast so go wif a 0 gap wif EITHER crossbow OR dagger...unless u wanna lvl wif 4-5 gap?

but i can foresee in the future that rogue players will be dagger/crossbow dual weapon cuz even if u learn ALL dagger + crossbow skills, it will not affect ur total mastery lvl...juz that u need to farm the sp needed thats all...so why not? shoot from afar (wif chance to KD, KB) and then if enemy gets up close switch to dagger (chance to stun)
thats the IDEAL situtation LOL, alot of things are not taken into account, things like "the the dagger/crossbow buff which increase 75% phy dmg will disappear aft u change weapon and crossbow skills takes ages to charge up (abt the time of a fire nuke or abit longer)" etc....
imagine u hv 2 buff up --> shoot --> change to dagger --> buff up --> fight  how troublesome is that huh?

Quote:
which would u say from ur experience is 'better' daggers or crossbow (just want some early feedback to help me decide)

i luv shooting from far LOL so i choose crossbow (longest range in the game, > Chinese bow)
But its skill takes realli long to charge up soooo it requires alot of running and gameplay techniques to master it
as for dagger,it depends on invisibility to strike on some 1 and as i said

Quote:
extreme cross bow : 75% increase phy attack, 50% hp reduce, 40% reduce phy def
dagger : 75% increase phy attack, 75% reduce phy + mag def (wif tis u will b as vulnerable as a int)

u have to turn on these skills as a rogue to be 1 hitting int of ur level...so comparatively crossbow is better, less phy def reduce + range

dagger cant win a warrior for sure though both are str...(unless SOX gears)...and wif that 75% reduce def...its always a Quick battle
Either u kill or u are killed almost instantly

so suit urself and find wat u like

My only doubts about it were what kind of attack bard had.

Although I guess cleric and bard (yet again) need alittle clearing up.

I like this thread, if I have enough room I'll put it in me sigger (my sig).

Yeah, how easy is it to solo level as a cleric? I know that on isro solo leveling is NOT going to be a problem. But back in the easy server on ksro, you had to level solo about 80% of the time.
I figure it shouldn't be too bad, you have some offensive skills and never need so sit down.
Do you know any bards? Because I have the same question for them.

solo-ing for cleric goes easy but slow. all of em solo slow compared to
party grinding. im lvl 19 now and i can 2 hit mobs my level with my only
attack skill and my standard attack (which is also ranged for clercs). that
way, i almost never get hit solo-ing.

good discussion going on here, but be sure to keep it updated since there
is a lot of doubts around.

My only doubts about it were what kind of attack bard had.

Although I guess cleric and bard (yet again) need alittle clearing up.

I like this thread, if I have enough room I'll put it in me sigger (my sig).

well its pretty easy.. maybe he can put links in here to the different skills
of the euro characters.

i stickied em in chars n skills sticky lol

:P

and im cleric (low lvl but meh) so if u got a question i can try to answer.

I tried a Bard and got bored at lvl 5 hehe not my style of INT player... I rather having Bard as a second mastery for the speed buff only.

I'm not a support kind of person, i like to be the tanker more (Dual Axes ftw) which is kinda support too :D

Someone tell me if my information on rogues is correct:
  • High damage (Not all at once, but more like combos).
  • High hp (duh, they're str).
  • Fun :D
  • The damage dealer of the party (Alittle bit different than point number 1).

They can act as dmg dealers or a tankers in my experience.

With many ints, they are the tankers, with many str they become DD. Very nice build for all-around.

juz abit of correction..
if u do nt turn on the 75% increase phy dmg skill, u are tanker but low dmg

if u turn it on, u are dangerous and can 1 hit almost any 1 ur lvl, at the same time u can b 1 hitted by any 1 as well...
