Unless you just wanna be different of course.
Strength bow.  ( assuming level cap is going to be 90 forever )
90 Pascheon
84-90(Imbue fire or ice)
60-65 Lightning
61 Fire
60 Ice
( IE:  You decide to go fire imbue and stop lightning at 60 - 90 Bow 90 Fire 60 ice 60 lightning mastery )
My build personally is leaning towards
90 Bow
84 Ice ( Ice imbue because bow has no immobilzation skill )
65 Lightning ( Maxed Ghost Walk Phantom *must in wars )
61 Fire ( Magic buff big increase at this level )

It's the second fight if you read.
There are many reasons pure strength bow > int / hybrid int bow.
1) Bow has no defensive skills.  Making death that much closer
2) Spear and Sword have more defense and magic damage than bow
3) Leveling is slower as int/hybrid bow than int/hybrid spear/sword
4) PvP / Wars / Jobs also better as int/hybrid spear/sword
If you REALLY just like bow.  Dont do jobs/pvp/ or wars. ( which is 25% of the game imo ) And you like to kill fast etc.  Int bow may be for you just not suggest because of above.  Int bow will kill 1vs1 monsters much quicker but will die if mobbed. AoE is bad for int bow because it doesn't have hp passive or shield.  But .. if you insist be my guest.

Grasswalk series ( Ghost walk phantom required at higher lvls for fights. Unless you dont fight good for uniques as well )
Concentration / Passive * If sp allows
To pick your imbue.
Lightning = Negative
1) Unwanted agro
2) Weak AoE damage
3) Weaker than fire imbue
4) No immobilzation
Fire = Positive
1) Max damage
2) Burn
Ice = Positive
1) Immobilization ( frozen status )
2) Frostbite
