Just noticed these new alchemy stones on sro korean website while I trying to navigate it lol. (Scroll to bottom) http://kr.silkroad.yahoo.com/gamedata/it_cnalchemy.asp?imAcmView=imAcmIT&imAcmFac=YNGSDidnt recognize any of them and had a guess at what they could be. Babel Fish translation for one of them is "It gives the magical attribute of fear defense probability increase in equipment item." So looks like we can become immune to all the new status too Think I want to keep Fireshield for 100 cap now. This definatly changes my build plans if true. *edit* although it says probability maybe it wont be the same as resistances % ...so fireshield may not help.

It gives the magical attribute of fear defense probability increase in equipment item.
It gives the magical attribute of sleep defense probability increase in equipment item.
It gives the magical attribute of disease defense probability increase in equipment item.

It gives the magical attribute of HP recovery speed increase in equipment item.

Thats so stupid. The status effects made the mobs that gave them unique, and actually interesting to level on. Now, its just one step closer to a grindfest.

With new stones like these, I'd imagine grinding to be more repetitive in a way that the monsters would be similar with just different appearances :\ Statuses make them interesting, they add a whole new element to the battle system. Why reduce them to nothing and dull the gameplay..

Are you sure its to lessen the probability of a status or to increase the chances of a status to take effect?
If its to lessen the probability of a status, JM is trying to kill off Warlocks.

I just thought of something.. You know how Joymax made it that you can only have max 9 grants on an item. Mm.. Makes you wonder for head,chest,legs and weapons. Since you can max them out at 9 allready.
@Above. They ruined ice builds allready. I wouldn't be suprised for warlocks. Unless it's like the axes' passive where it has 50% chance to resist.

I think that resistance to the new effects is a good thing, the % of those Euro effects are way too high compared to those of the chinese, this could be understandable if Euros had a pot dilay for their pills and had to use the cleric heals to get rid of the statuses, but because they dotn nad can pill like a chinese I think they are in need of a nerf in that regards.
As for the new jades, this will be strange... might in some way lessen the need to have realy high base stats on a weapon.. which would be good for bow users whos weapns are always so expensive.. I also think its good in another way, I mean weapons can only hold so many blues so you wil have to choose between which ones will benefit you the most which is a good thing.. lets you customize your gears to bes suit your play style.
