When there was no autopot.
There was no party match, you had to go to the herbalist and shout party please!
There were no wolves, monkeys, or experience tickets.
There weren't people constanlty spamming the globals
People at level 5x wore level 1x jewelry to get freeze reduce
Isy took much longer to kill than yarkan does now, she would get lured all over the hotan area.
I kind of miss the old days of sro, it was so much more of a challenge. The people nowadays have it so easy

Troy was so laggy it was horrible.. although I kept hearing how aege was so bad too.
I died so many times it was ridiculous. I remember how there was no autopill too you had to be extremely careful when fighting zombie mobs. Oh how many times I died from zombie.. now zombie is just a joke, unless you are eperiencing weird lag, there is no chance you can even die, unless of course you are fighting 4378925872903485 mobs at once and your hp is moving wildly across the bar, your autopot is bound to make you drink hp while your pills are delayed.
I still remember the day item mall came out and there started being monkeys everywhere jacking everyones shit and people leveling 10x faster.
I remember spending whole days trying to connect.. so horrible

Remember when....
+3 was the shit!
+5 was godly!
+7 was unheard of!
Isyutaryu was an epic battle.
Tiger Girl was an accomplishment.
Uruchi was sought after by big guilds.
SoS 52 was unmatched.
Level 60 actually mattered.
"Omfg that lvl 52+ guy lyk 1-shotted me, wtf hes so leet".

I remember when bot didnt pwn the shit out of Babel. I remember an epic hunter vs thief war, United union vs HnE union, when HEO wasn't even that big yet. I swear, that hunter thief war was like 30 v 30, there was a sea of hunters coming out of dead ravine, including Fable, we were like lvl 52 back then lawl at 60 cap, and we owned HnE union XD. Funnest thief/hunter war ever, has never and will never be matched. I remember before alchemy when only a pure int with garment could step foot in the nachal room.

When killing Isy needed a group of more then 10+ 60's working TOGETHER, not just someone soloing her.

I remember when using pots in a cape match was considered weak.
I remember when there was no GM of any kind at all.
I remember being KSed outta TG by a level 25 BrowNTyGeR (GRR YOU!)
I remember when at the end of the Alpha, we just all hung out at S gate Jangan and PVPed all day long.
I remember having to install the Korean language pack to just begin playing the Beta because they didnt fully translate it.
I remember when using a macro to pot yourself was the definition of botting in SRO.
I remember when having 5 mil was considered being rich.
